Khloe Kardashian 'still wants to divorce husband Lamar Odom but needs to track him down first'

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty has just over a month to get the divorce finalised before the case is dismissed

Khloe Kardashian can't find estranged husband Lamar to get him to sign divorce papers

Khloe Kardashian still wants to divorce Lamar Odom and there’s only just over a month to try and get his signature on the dotted line, but according to reports, the reality star can’t find him.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star filed for divorce over a year ago, and earlier this week it was revealed that Khloe has just over 40 days to get the divorce petition sign or the case will be dismissed, reports RadarOnline.com.

Khloe sparked speculation that she was considering a reunion with the basketball player when she told Kris Jenner on her reality show: “If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar.

“Even right now today I wish I would still be married to him.”

She was even caught signing her full married name – Khloe Kardashian-Odom – when giving an autograph at an NBA game earlier this month.

Sources have now said that Khloe intends to go ahead with the divorce but has been unable to finalise it because she hasn’t been able to track him down, reports TMZ.

Lamar, who was last spotted on the town at the beginning of December, is allegedly not picking up his estranged wife’s calls.

If Khloe is unable to reach Lamar, she is likely to file a default judgement to get the divorce sorted.

“Khloe has been advised by her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, to formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would render her single again,” an insider has told RadarOnline earlier this week.

“With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him.

“But even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloe, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything.

“If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge.”
