These are the first pictures of Katie Price's boob job.

The stunning glamour model has had ­surgery to reduce her breast size by FIVE cup sizes after telling pals: “I want to be taken more seriously.”

The star was snapped leaving a photography studio with her slim, quite boyish figure almost unrecognisable.

Dressed in a grey tracksuit and Uggs, the reality star showed off her much more natural-looking physique.
